Nine people have reportedly lost their lives in a fatal car accident along the Katsina-Kano highway on Saturday, 26th July 2025. Basiru Lawan, a resident of Dambatta Local Government Area, told that the victims were all from the same local government and were returning from a wedding ceremony in Katsina State.He revealed that four of the deceased are believed to be members of the same family.
